Yeah, I'm not sure. There's room, but I'd really have to cut away the rear for it.

A single-slot card would be much better, but those are in extremely short supply so it'd require modding a dual-slot card, but then at that point why not just let those people mod the case?

It's fun to think about the possibilities of such support, but how many people would actually use it? And how many people are interested in the case as it is for that matter?

If you wanna bring up the case on the market, you need to define a targetgroup. A single slot card is not usefull because single slot cards and low profile cards works on the same level (GTX 1050 Ti or RX 460 - so low/medium level).

The second question is would all like the solution of the psu with dcdc board and no standart sfx or atx psu ?

In my opinion is your case nice for HTPC with medium gaming options.

I agree, if there's going to be a full-height slot it will have to be dual-slot, but I think I've figured out a way to do it that wouldn't look to clunky, I'll model it up tonight.

The power solution is non-negotiable. I could make the case wider to fit SFX but then it's close to having enough room for full-height slots in the normal position and then that's a different case entirely.

For those who don't like the DC-DC units with AC-DC adapter there is room for a FlexATX unit at the front. It'd need a bracket but it could even be taped in there.

You could just let a single bracket space. There are some GTX 970, 1060, RX480, RX470 that can be easily made as single slot.
At least you would let this possibility to users, instead of having to do a dirty mod of the case.

Huh this is the first GTX 1060 I've seen that has no 2nd slot DVI, nice !

But i can find this type of the GTX 1060 (N1060-4DDN-N5GN) only on the webside and not in any shop :(

I'd go for the single slot, even if nobody will use it for a GPU. Silverstone does that as well and you can get a few additional USB ports that way, something that is direly needed on many ITX boards these days.

Makes sense, I only asked because while I like those other two cases, your design appeared to support longer cards than theirs.
That was my only qualm with the other two designs.

That's too bad as I prefer your design :(
Imagine a dual single-slot GPU sandwich with a bifurcated riser !! :D

I hope low-profile GPUs get to be more common and more SILENT !

It's a fun idea, but cooling is an issue. I think a variant of the case that's specifically designed for that setup and can fit the available dual 92mm rads would make more sense for that.

Your case have the same Size like the A4 and bigger as the S4, Firewolfy's MI-6 or the Hutzy XS ? And all this case can fit full gpu. Where is the benefit of your case ? i cant rly find the Targetgroup for your case.

All of those have very limited CPU heatsink clearance. I'm primarily designing this case for myself and I need a bigger heatsink to cool an i7-5930K (140W TDP) processor.

A GTX 1050 Ti is still plenty of graphics horsepower for what I will be doing so I'm trading a full-height GPU for a bigger CPU cooler.

Gotta start somewhere! Here's one of my first posts on HardForum, where I'm proposing a possible Steambox layout as the next NCASE project and it's pretty rough: https://hardforum.com/threads/ncase...n-first-post.1717132/page-197#post-1040408580

And the next post is @Phuncz shooting me down :p
Oh man, I just realised that was you :D Yes I was pretty defensive about the Ncase M1, not unlike this:

(me bashing any suggestions made)

Yes indeed, sometimes it became very brutal.
