*cue mourning bells and quiet crying in the background*

Today, we mourn the loss of the ASRock Z370 Micro-STX board. It left life too early, taken by the "pop" and magic smoke released

RIP, Lucy of PPL raiders !

My personal PC as is used everyday. No overclocking on anything.

Validation: https://valid.x86.fr/qsn5uc
Total score: 1670332
Liters: 7.2 with the added fan (Can also run at the same speed without the fan but didn't want to take it off. Obviously at higher temperatures. I've tested it before.)

Could you please list what components you're using and what scores you have in plain writing so I can copy/paste or at least copy without having to open screenshots.

Thanks :)

Sorry. Fixed it.

The best gpus cap out at half the point value of an i9 though, a 7980xe is worth 10k points while a 1080 ti is 5k max.
Exactly my point the best GPU in the market shouldn't be worth so little compared to the best CPUs in the market.

If it makes you feel better, just divide every CPU score in the thread by 2...:) Doesn't change the result.

I'm currently in the works for a case, if done as I imagine, I'd be at 4L with an external brick with a potential of 4275000 points with 8700K and 1080, but I'll be using a 8600K/1070 for possible 2475000 PPL.

Without changing the results, I'm going to divide scores by 1000 now, to get a value that's more easily interpretable, as a mix between 7 and 6 digits seemed harder to read than 3 and 4.

Past scores have been adjusted on the leader board to reflect this.

Done. No new goodies, no STX, just high-end year-old stuff crammed as tightly as it could go. Details here. 7960X @ 4.8GHz + Zotac 1080ti Mini @ 2038MHz

External case dimensions: 108mm x 209mm x 350mm = 7.9L
Internal is a bit under 7.7L.

(11537 * 4916) / 7.9L = 7179226.835 PPL

The system is loud, expensive and overclocked to the teeth. It's not what I run 24/7, but is the groundwork of a build yet to come. It's admittedly not easy to beat with normal hardware. The video card's weird dimensions make it hard to fit in a case smaller than 5L. Otherwise, a Ryzen in a case resembling this might be the ticket. A similar setup in a DAN Case with a 120mm AIO probably has a good chance, especially with a 7980XE.

Of course, the 20x0's are going to rewrite everything, especially the mini versions if/when they come out.

The Zotac 1080ti Mini is very touchy to overclock. My voltage/frequency curve is below, as it might help someone. I was a bit lost with it for a while. I guess due to the nature of the BIOS, it's extremely sensitive to temperature, and keeping it at 1.05v requires the temperature to be held in the low 60's. It stayed at 1.05v and 2038MHz throughout the benchmark at the lowest. It started at 1.062v and a pinch higher and held it for a couple of tests.

It will be a Threadripper 1920x with 2x 1080ti in SLI in an 18.5 liter chassis -even then I doubt it will break some of these scores.
I have a single 2080ti lined up for next month inside an even smaller case though -performance figures aren't looking that bright but it's an upgrade.

Also, on another note, I would love to see some of these submissions support our HWBot team.

Awesome :)

What kind of water temps are you getting with that? I was getting quite uncomfortable with 50C+ water temps on my 7980XE at 4.2-4.4Ghz with a Corsair H80iv2.
And that was pulling "only" 350W on the CPU.
