Here's the score for
my 2023 project - still tweaking a few things, I think I may be able to take this a bit further with some CPU undervolting, but for now I'm rather happy with where this lands:
CPU | R9 7950X3D |
GPU | 4090 FE |
Case | Skyreach 4 Mini |
Volume | 5.0l* |
Cinebench R23 Multi-Core, 30 minutes | 34,565 |
Cinebench R20 Multi-Core (I'm nostalgic) | 13,951 |
TimeSpy Graphics Score | 33,304 |
OctaneBench | 1336.61 |
Round 4 PPL Score(34,565*33,304)/(5^1.5)/100 | 1,029,622 |
Round 4 Compute Score(34,565*1336.61)/(5^1.5)/100 | 41,322 |
...looks like that's more than double the PPL and Compute score of
my previous build!

*NB that for benchmarking I have replaced the custom heatsink bezel I have designed for this build with the standard S4M faceplate (see photo - that's the configuration I have benchmarked it in) - the heatsink bezel contributes somewhat to temperature control and thus performance, this, however, is overcompensated by the 0.26l of bounding box volume the fins add to the build: Bottom line, it scores better without it:
