Nice! With the amount of low profile Pascal cards that were made, I'm having high hopes for more low profile cards when this one turns out to have a TDP op 75w!

so we are expecting around 1060 level performances? since the 1660 is looking to be around 1070

I was hoping for more at 75W :(

No way it's gonna come close to GTX1060 with only 896 shaders.

EDIT:

For a meaningful upgrade at 75W, we need them to put in 1024 shaders, which should give close to GTX 970 level performance. I think it's perfectly feasible at 75W. GTX 1650 Ti maybe?

I sure hope so...

This is exciting! I always want a little more juice for my sff build. So any performance increase worth an upgrade for me.

Who the heck named these 16xx? What happened between 10xx and 15xx or why not simply a 2050?

I'm curious about the appeal of such a card, what do you guys intend to do with a 1050-ish equivalent?

Seeing as we were given 1050ti low profile, why isn't everyone waiting for a 1650ti low profile? Surely there will be a 1650 low profile part, but I'm holding out for a 1650ti low profile to follow.

I think low profile 1660 wouldn't be all that big of a suprise. 1660Ti is strictly 120W chip like the 1060.

low profile 1660 would be really something to look for. 1650ti would be kinda out of place? unless its cheaper but at 175 for the 1650 i dont really think theres much space for it

1660(ti) might be doable, but it's bigger than the substrate used in the 1050(ti) o_o
also the 1660ti has 6 VRAM dies while the 1050 has 4, so unless they use double-capacity packs...
