Looking at the teaser pic it does look like rear fill but obviously nothing's certain yet.

I have come across a 3090 in the case but nothing that's fully built in and pannels back on .... it's the front power that will be an issue.
Yeah I saw those leaks, but they werent as clear as i had hoped. The ones that fitted a 3090 FE in the case werent able to close the sidepannel because its just too big, and i think its due to the power connecter, if you look at the NCASE M1 V6 info subforum you can see someone posted a picture of him with a FE in there. You can clearly see how little room there is left for any sort of power connector. So you have to look into some other way to power that beast becasue i dont think the stock powersplitter that comes with the card is slim enough to fit in there.

Yeah well, bit's power just showed photo's off of the 3090FE block it's on the rear of the card so the card shrinks very small.

As for the clunky power adapter, I agree although looking at the EVGA sleeved cable looks like it would be perfect.

So jealous that you got a founders edition card. I am planning on water cool the 3080 FE but just can't get one. Do you mind sharing some tricks which help you to get a FE card, any notification group? nowinstock?
Thank you so much.

Nvidia wont be selling their FE cards via their own site anymore, dont know for how long but in the US they are selling via Best Buy and Europe is still unclear, so keep an eye on the news so you can see where the cards are selling from and maybe you can send an email or something for the restock. Just be ready by the time they restock and pray that the site holds up ;)

i know it sounds like a miracle, but I just got one from BestBuy!!! arriving next week, so happy, plan for this build since July. I will run it air-cooled as soon as I get it and complete my build when EK drops the water block for the FE.
By the way, I registered for a discord channel called stockdrops, I got a notification saying it restocked, and bought it through BestBuy app. Wish you guys all get it soon!!

FE is probably the best one to go since I want to water cool it. TUF, Strix and FTW all have stronger VRM and better thermal design but a little too big to water cool. Wish you get it soon mate! You can try that discord channel, it helped me to get it!

Yeah im looking into watercooling myself too, but that needs to wait 2 years or so. Also is it the Server Worldwide?
Edit: just signed up, now hoping that the FE is available somewhere soon

Hi, I just confirmed that EVGA 3080 FTW3 actually can be fit with front i/o in place.

Here's my reddit post with detailed pictures and descriptions FYI:
that stock one is one hella tight squeeze.
Too bad most of the coolers are already so good that deshrouding is with most of them not worth it.

Hmmm any thoughts on Asus TUF OC vs non-OC?

I was hoping to get the non-OC version but it seems like asus is prioritising delivery of the OC version (meaning: higher chances of getting it thai side of Christmas).

I am, however, worried that the OC version will generate way more heat, especially for the little Ncase fellow...

What do you gentlemen think?

OC version only boosts higher, and that with around 75 MHz. This wont have any (maybe 1 degree) impact on thermals or noise. So i wouldnt worry about the more heat problem. And if this is about the 3080, then it wouldnt even be an issue. The cooler slapped onto the card is enough to cool the 3090 becasue its the same card design only different chip, so that says enough IMO.

Hey everyone,
New owner of Ncase M1 here, and was wondering if you guys have any updates on the compatibility with the following GPU:
Gigabyte GeForce RTX™ 3090 EAGLE ?

thanks in advance!

The angled 180 degree adapters is something I'm having trouble on. I understand its need for TUF and FTW3, but I'm unsure about the quality. Some adapters have had bad reviews because of overheating and shutdowns. One person mentioned a manufacturer was getting some pins to share the same bus for opposite layout adapters. I'm worried about the quality of them, does anyone know if there is a good one that is seperately wired instead of bussed and has a decent advertised power rating?

These are the best that I know of.

Has anyone tried fitting the XC3 in the M1 with slim fans at the bottom
Had the 3090 XC3 Ultra for a few days and I can confirm that you can indeed fit 2 x 15mm slim fans under it. However theres no real need for this, unless you deshroud the card and actually fit 2 x 25mm fans for better thermals and noise.

I have the non OC 3090, and the only difference seems to be factory overclock. You could use Afterburner to achieve this anyway on the non-OC - mine will run +200 on the core and +1000 mem for benchmarking at less than 67 deg max. So in the same way, if you want to reduce thermals or power, you can just set a custom curve in Afterburner to undervolt / reduce power.

I am very happy to come to this community. I still don’t know whether the tuf 3080 can be installed perfectly without removing the front i/o. It's a pity that I can't buy evga in my country. At least for now. But I can buy tuf3080. I hope everyone can help me!
