Status: BETA

Cpu cooler height: 50mm (+1mm for cleareance)
Pci-e card size: 127~135, 305, 3-slot + 9mm (height, length, thickness)
Power supply: sfx & sfx-l, with ventilation holes on both sides, in case you want to flip it around.
Storage: 2 * 2.5" (Only with sfx power supply. Also in further revision I can probably add 3++ more 2.5" & a couple of 3.5" mounts)
Cooling: 2 * 120x120x15 fans (If the last pci-e slot is unpopulated)

Riser configurations:
-10cm 90 degree: 2-slot gpu
-10cm 270 degree: 2-slot / 3-slot gpu
-10cm 90 degree + 1U riser (20.32mm) + peine braun bifurcation riser x8x8 left turn 1 slot distance: 2-slot gpu + 1-slot pcie.
In theory you could even create a custom x4x4x8 bifurcation riser, or use a sas 8i server one, but that's quite expensive.

Bom:
In thingiverse, because I don't want to update the thread every time something changes.

Also requires a 3d printer that can print at least 300, 308.5, 15mm (xyz).

When I finalize the design, I'll release it in thingiverse.

I actually really dig this, however as you have pointed out, construction would require sourcing many types of screws. If this were slightly consolidated, I'd 3D print this in a heartbeat. Nice work!

I just did an update, now you only need m3 screws and only 5 types/sizes of them.

I just realised my printer is not big enough to print this :( now to find a friend with a printer big enough...
You'll need a soldering iron for the brass threaded inserts.
Also don't print this out of pla, because it will melt, or abs, because it's petrolium based and can maintain a flame.
