Power Supply HDPLEX 160W DC-ATX direct plug

I see a compatibility list on their website for external power bricks. What is the cheapest viable external power brick for this PSU, if anyone here has already done the research.

Can anyone tell me if the HDPlex 160W will fit inside a minibox m350? I intend to try using it with a Asrock Fatal1ty AB350 board, but I'm not sure if there will be sufficient clearance.

The bigger question is why you wouldn't use the Pico 160XT Kit if you are using the m350.

I own the 160XT and the HDPlex 400w DC unit. Both are built rock solid and I couldn't say which one's better quality.

It seems to have more capacitors on board. I learned somewhere that, the more capacitors, the more stable the power delivery for situations where mains power is unreliable. This matters more for higher wattage setups. Thought I'd go with the more robust hardware as power ain't so great where I live.

No, XBOX uses 12V. You'll need to make a corresponding connector and a 12V type. This uses 19V (laptop PSU).

Update:

Well it has been more than a year and my HDPLEX combo ( HDPLEX 160W DC-ATX + HDPLEX 80W AC-DC) is still performing well. The faint crackling sound (that I reported in this thread) slowly disappeared over a period of a few months until I no longer hear anything now. Very pleased with the purchase.

Here is my PC Power Table (Rated) vs. Actual:

Wow, excellent news! Will the Dynamo Mini 200 DC-ATX fit my Mini-ITX motherboard 24-pin ATX plug (Gigabyte H170N-WIFI) as the specs say 22-pin???
