Tough one first thought was can't be a Renault 4 I think we already had that not a VW T3 either headlight/grill is wrong so must be some sort of American vehicle but what makes it hard is that type of round headlight was used on almost every if not all American vehicle in the us from the 40s to the 70

Because it's you, I'm guessing it's probably a weird Japanese Kei truck/van... Mitsubishi 360? Suzuki COE from the 60s??

::EDIT:: The rectangular grille mesh and general style made me think early 60s Renault R4 though...
