Crucial Ballistix isn't much taller than LPX, you should have no problems no matter the motherboard. To those of you with a Corsair Hydro Series H100i RGB:
Which motherboard and RAM do you use and are there any concerns regarding routing?
Would love to get Crucial Ballistix instead of Corsair Vengeance LPX, if possible.
I have the same problem with my riser as described here:
Is this a problem with my batch or was it always like this?
How did you folks deal with this?
Here's a comment on reddit that mentions the length the OP ordered for their custom cables. Standard orientation PSU (not flipped), because when you get custom length cables, you don't really need to flip the PSU.Hi, first of all I want to apologize if I bother you people with this.
Earlier this year I bought supplies to make custom cables and sell them to the Formd T1 community to get my own case, but the shipping prices skyrocket due covid and I didn't find the selling price to skyrocket any more, so I decided to wait for better times. Anyway, right now I find myself wanting to create a cable set for my non-existent build and I wanted to ask for help with the cable lengths. If everything goes well, I would like to have a build similar to the one in the picture below, so if any of you have a build similar to this one with custom cables, I would appreciate very much your help with the measurements. Thanks in advance and here is the picture.
Thanks for your help! I think I'll start tomorrow morningHere's a comment on reddit that mentions the length the OP ordered for their custom cables. Standard orientation PSU (not flipped), because when you get custom length cables, you don't really need to flip the PSU.
Honestly, it's probably best to wait for the case so you can get the perfect cable lengths for you specific build. It's not worth all that effort just for the cables to be slightly too long or too short. Thanks for your help! I think I'll start tomorrow morning
I have the same problem if i forced to close gets dc so no top panel for my now because of thisI have the same problem with my riser as described here:

I'm upgrading to a 3070 which needs 3 slot, but I'm in 2-slot mode rn.
Will any of my other parts be affected if I switch to 3 slot?
Corsair H100X will fit?
Corsair H100X will fit?
Yes, it will fit. But, it will have lighting, super bright white lighting you can't turn off. You're also losing out on other features, like controlling the fans based on the liquid temp instead of CPU temp. Furthermore, you won't be able to control the pump speed, it will just run at 100% all the time.Curious about this as well, as I really don't care about any lighting. I expect to need to swap to 15mm tall fans though.
You are getting the correct ones, but consider getting the unsleeved ones, as they don't take up as much space as the sleeved ones, they bend easier, and are also cheaper. So unless you want the custom colored sleeved cables, get the unsleeved ones.Sanity check please! Ordering some custom cables, want to make sure i'm getting the right ones.

I'm using an m.2 drive so I DON'T need a sata cable right - https://www.pslatecustoms.com/colle...d-t1-sata-power-paracord-custom-sleeved-cable
Also, what is a sense wire? Do I need/want it on my 24pin?
This should be all the cables i need right?
Yeah i realized after the post that i don't care at all about sleeved haha. I'll get the unsleeved ones. You are getting the correct ones, but consider getting the unsleeved ones, as they don't take up as much space as the sleeved ones, they bend easier, and are also cheaper. If you don't have any drives or pumps that use SATA for power, then you don't need a SATA cable.
You want (and probably need) sense wires. He explains what they are in his FAQ.
