If everything goes well, I would like to have a build similar to the one in the picture below, so if any of you have a build similar to this one with custom cables, I would appreciate very much your help with the measurements. Remove the black tape on the PCIe Riser, it will make the cable bend easier, and that should solve the problem.
random question. does anyone know who posted the builds with the ddc in front of the mobo in 2-slot mode (and if the people who own these builds are reading this can you send me the pictures)? I remember specifically seeing two different builds and, since I had a different plan in my mind, never bookmarked them for later. I have my case and everything, just planning my loop and wanted some more reference shots.

Honestly, it's probably best to wait for the case so you can get the perfect cable lengths for you specific build. It's not worth all that effort just for the cables to be slightly too long or too short.Thanks for your help! I think I'll start tomorrow morning

Depends on the parts you're using. RAM height, CPU Block/Cooler Height, egneral clearance on that side of the case will be reduced.

Curious about this as well, as I really don't care about any lighting. I expect to need to swap to 15mm tall fans though.
Yes, it will fit. But, it will have lighting, super bright white lighting you can't turn off. You're also losing out on other features, like controlling the fans based on the liquid temp instead of CPU temp. Furthermore, you won't be able to control the pump speed, it will just run at 100% all the time.
Instead of getting the H100X, get the EK 240 DRGB (you can control the pump speed, but no liquid temp fan control) or other H100i models.
You are getting the correct ones, but consider getting the unsleeved ones, as they don't take up as much space as the sleeved ones, they bend easier, and are also cheaper. So unless you want the custom colored sleeved cables, get the unsleeved ones.
If you don't have any drives or pumps that use SATA for power, then you don't need a SATA cable.
You want (and probably need) sense wires. He explains what they are in his FAQ.

I'm not custom looping (read: im a coward) so any AIO I get should already have the proper cable installed and I won't need to buy a new one, correct?
