I checked with warehouse, they are 1000% sure shipping to HK will be be fine, so no need to test.
Our warehouse to HK is next day arrival, so once we open for preorder, HK buyers will be receiving T1 faster than everyone else. So don’t be down.

IIRC, there are 2 members entered in the spreadsheet for this shipping test.
I suppose one of them will be the lucky one.
At the moment, Wahaha is still sorting out various regions.

Wow! I had an incredibly frustrating day today, and logging on to catch up to my T1 fix really turned it around! Thank you so much @Wahaha360 for selecting me as a test shipper for this amazing project, and congratulations to the other lucky testers as well!
My plans:
I fully intend on testing the performance of air cooling in this beast, primarily seeing how Black Ridge can hang with the L12S since it can be used in dual fan and single fan mode for the 2-slot and 3-slot GPU set ups. I also have a set of cable sleeving supplies I've been sitting on for a while, and this will absolutely be the case I finally go through the effort for! I'm PUMPED!

3. Take a photo everything and share.
