Thanks to both of you for your input.

I'm pretty confident that tightening the screws will solve the issue.

As for the fans, I checked during the test the airflow going through the radiator and it seemed fine to me.
In the final build, the case panel will act as a shroud, given there is almost no clearance between the top edge of the fans and the top panel.
I will certainly have to make side shrouds though.

I also took the opportunity to test the PicoBox X7 500, in a dual brick configuration.
It emitted a faint coil whine with the GTX 970. No coil whine the HDPLEX 250W :)
Which means I'll have to buy a 70 € Dell brick...

Let's talk about all that in september ! Vacations for now :)

Thanks :)

Back with my faithfull 750 Ti for now. Good news is that I have now two intake 92 mm fans and I can run my 750 Ti passive.
Temps stabilise at 80° after 1h of Engine Valley bench.

When rendering or gaming, max temps reach 65/70°.

Last question :

The front plate machined to hold the Asetek pump also acts as a "giant" heatsink, as it is in contact with the memory chips thermal pads.

However, is it going to improve the cooling further more to glue heatsinks directly on the front plate, using thermal glue ?
It could also slow down the heat dissipation, because of the extra alumnium layer.

What do you think ?
