BTW, Caseking refund me just now... So seems that the new version is not close enough?

Mine was accepted as a return by OCUK and I was refunded a few weeks ago - not sure if it was because I was one of the first to call them up to ask for an RMA or if it was because I told them that it just didn't fit my motherboard due to the size/heatsink placement on the ASUS B450i.

Overclockers are still accepting returns. I’m sending mine back tomorrow.

I need to RMA mine to OCUK. Anyone know if US based is required to pay shipping back? I tested mine with fan in pull mode on a Skyreach 4 Mini with side off on Gigabyte Z390 and I7 9700k amd hit 97 degrees in under 5 minutes with Prime95....

A small update regarding my BlackRidge. Got it out of the Dan A4 yesterday, 4 out of 6 heatpipes weren't soldered correctly  so I sent it back to alternate.

Interesting sidenote: I put my old C7 back in the case, but this time without the mobo's i/o-cover, results as following:

DanCases A4-SFX; Cryorig C7+FanDuct; Ryzen R7 1800X@3,4GHzAllCore; Prime maxHeat 20min; Room 18,9 °C
2054 rpm
64°C
51db
88,39W
1.040V

DanCases A4-SFX; Cryorig C7+FanDuct+i/o shield removed; Ryzen R7 1800X@3,4GHzAllCore; Prime maxHeat 20min; Room 18,6 °C
1877 rpm
63°C
48db
87,52W
1.040V

Due to it's heatsink fins facing the i/0-cover, the mass amount of hot air is now coming out of the case at that point. Of course there is some hot air rising to the upper part of the case, but it's way less than with the cover in place. And low and behold, 8,6% less rpm at roughly the same temps. I kept it that way ;)

Has anyone managed to get this fitted on a MSI B450i? Website says there are some compatibility issues with MSI boards but haven’t found anything concrete.

I see Overclockers has 25 in stock, and caseking has none.
Do we know if the overclockers stock is repaired or?
Do we know when caseking will get the repaired stock?

@ExplodingWaffle101 I had to mod the holding brackets because they interfered with parts on the pcb of my asrock b350 itx, dont know if they changed the layout though

fyi: although i dremeled of a good deal of the brackets, alternate.de didn't say a word when I returned the item. Just really good customer support.
