This case is perfect for me except I have a small m-ATX board (226 mm x 185 mm) and a sound card

I want the case in the photo except it should have space for a small m-ATX board.
Ideally, there should be 3 or 4 slots for both a video card and a sound card but two rear slots may be enough.

Case width must be no wider than 150 mm.
160mm is too wide.
I will transport this case inside an airplane carry-on suitcase. The max width is 150mm.
Maybe I could squeeze in a slightly wider case but I prefer not to try.

Alas, M-ATX is the rejected brother of the SFF family, and not much is designed for it. The Kimera/Sliger Cerberus is capable but pricey, and there's not much else without resorting to low profile cards :(

If you are okay with PSU at the TOP, then there are plentiful, if not abundant options.
If you are not okay with PSU on the top, then your only luck might be inwin BK623.

If BK623 is too big for you, then might better off studying Chinese/Make some Chinese friends now and get those Chinese made cases from taobao

Maybe CEMO L1, but no SFX here:

That case looks beautiful. Thanks for the link. But there are two problems.
The case width and length are fine but the height is 325mm which is a little too much.
Full size micro-ATX form factor is 244mmx244mm.

A minimally sized micro-ATX case can be under 300mm in height.
If the CEMO L1 did not have 20-30mm space above the motherboard (for fans),
then I would order it and a FLEX PSU too. The unnecessary space above the motherboard is very dissapointing.

My requirements are: 150mm width max and 300mm height max.

Check out this reddit post here: .

The case is 330mm tall and 160mm wide and supports 244x244mm mATX motherboards. I know it’s a little bit over your requirements, but I figured I share.

do you need a full size gpu?
its your sound card full size?
your build seems to fit the CG7 intended use case and nowadays you can get a GTX 1650 in the low profile form factor.

if thats interesting for you then check the CG7 Cravo:
and the forum post:

Just to quote this here:
If anyones in the same boat as me and looking for a decent MATX case I found this a while ago https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z0d.6639537.1997196601.37.71e07484KBlTKZ&id=602050349082

Supports SFX and a 3.5" HDD/120mm AIO in about an 11.3L form factor for $30.
Don't think theres anything smaller for MATX than this that doesn't make compromises in PSU and HDD sizes.
Only compromise is the CPU clearance, but it fits something like an AXP90 so I don't think there's much problem there.
