A small increase will allow you to set a noctua L9i. I'll also add a mount for ssd 2.5" (thin 5mm)

Im following this project, but i hope it can fit an ALL AMD computer, atm only 3 companys will release mitx mobos for am4 and theres only a mitx rx 570, i hope this changes and they release a mitx vega gpu when they anunce the new line up. Keep up thye good work.
