Hi all! I have prepared a case model for mini-ITX motherboards without a video card. Power supply via pico PSU and a special internal power supply unit (I will talk about it a little later).

• Size: 2.5L (195mm x 192mm x 67mm)
• Material: aluminum (1.5mm)
• MB: mini-ITX (170 x 170mm)
• GPU: no. CPU integrated graphics
• Cooler: up to 47mm
  CRYORIG C7G compatible
• RAM: up to 55 mm
• Storage: M.2 and SSD / HDD: 1 x 2.5 "5-7mm
  the drive will cut the maximum height of the cooler

Earlier we showed a project of a new case with an internal power supply. Now we will show a working prototype of a power supply unit that is suitable for our case. Designed and hand-built by "Power_ON".

Specifications:
The thickness is only 13mm.
Mains voltage range 190-260V
(there will also be PSUs for 110V networks)
Power 110-120W, peak 150-160W
(you can also build more powerful PSUs)
Voltage: 18.5V (you can also make a 12V power supply)
Efficiency 93% +
It is a resonant LLC converter, Full Protection Suite - OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP.
Cooling: Passive with aluminum housing.

I'll ask our engineer. And for which case is this PSU needed? Need one or a batch?

I just need one for a custom case. I'm not yet done working on it but this power supply size fits my ideal layout. I plan to use a 3060 and a ryzen 5 3600 in the final build.

This is my work PC and it is very small, only 2 liters.

I recently evacuated from Kharkov to the Odessa region with just one backpack. If I had a larger computer, I would have to leave it. I understand that this is a so-so argument in peacetime, but as recent events show, we live in a very unstable world.

I would like to offer such cases to you, but so far, alas. Our production is still in question.
