Definitely lose the AIO as although the asrock vrms don't get as hot as the gigabyte board they still get hot, the stock top down air cooler blows air over the vrms and helps keep them acceptably cool where an aio would not.
Ps if you're having to wait a while consider the up coming ASUS itx boards.

Wow. Today I Learned.Super quick boots are mostly a mainstream Intel line thing. And HEDT or Ryzen based system will take a little longer 10-15 for BIOS and 3-5 from bios to windows. My old X79 system used to be about 25-35 seconds from off to desktop. Current Ryzen System (AB350 ITX + 1700) is about 18-20 so thats already an upgrade in my book
