Why not take the FormD T1's height + 14mm? That way you get a total of 55mm for the rad+fans... And 1mm left over! So, the case width is 129mm to support a 124mm wide 240mm AIO and the length is 303mm. The dimensions are 303mm * 129mm * 230mm, which is 8.99L. I guess that meets the goal of sub 9L?
Thinking of movable mounting like the FormD T1... Shouldn't be too hard after looking at the Winter One's mounting, which is just 2 sticks.
