I kinda agree with him on that. Here in Asia, hex screws and Allen keys are not so common. Also, it's frustrating to secure a motherboard with non-magnetic screws, especially in a small case like Sentry.

While I do see the benefit of hex screwheads, I wouldn't mind but I can understand your point.

Absolutely. The current Cerberus prototype needs really short #6-32 screws because of the custom standoffs and they're very frustrating to use because they're non-magnetic.

One of the nice things about Torx is that you don't really need to worry about magnetisation, they will sit on the end of a decent bit just from having a close fit.

I don't find that to be the case, at least with the T15 screws used on HP computers.

I'll be really curious to see how this goes. I know that Dan did extremely well on Indiegogo, but the Zaber doesn't seem to have attracted nearly the same amount of attention in the community from what I've seen.

I think he easily has enough to get the 100 minimum order he wants, maybe not to the 1k max cap he's set. I think it'll get 100 backers in a day or so.

Me too I'm curious how much this sentry will have. At least he had a very good youtube support with linus and hardware canucks (at least)..:)

I'll definitely be grabbing one. Will be interesting to compare to the A4, the two have very similar part compatibility.
