Wiring and Sleeving question

Hey guys,

I am looking to get a very pliable 18AWG silicone coated wire as well as a very snug sleeving in which to put it. I will be sleeving the bare wire without crimps on it initially, so no worries about crimps creating problems with the sleeving process. Snugness of the wire in the sleeving is paramount for this project. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Havent had a chance to use it yet because I dont have my case to make custom length cables but I ordered wire from Mod-One.

EDIT: My length of wire measures right at 2mm OD so depending on sleeving ID this could/not work for you.
