3 gig GPU is very vague. What you're looking for is a low profile GPU, likely dual slot. Your PSU is around 320W, but no idea what wattage your CPU is because you haven't specified. Depending on your local market, the following are options, notwithstanding stock supply issues;

GTX1650 LP eg https://www.newegg.com/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1650-gv-n1656oc-4gl/p/N82E16814932298?quicklink=true

GTX1050 Ti LP eg https://www.newegg.com/gigabyte-gef...iption=1050&cm_re=1050-_-14-125-952-_-Product

GTX750 Ti LP

IF i take the mobo out of the case of the ssf and let it on a table. can i plug in regular gpu? if not why?

The wattage should be listed on the PSU itself - it's likely a proprietary unit built for that case. The motherboard looks to be normal - so you shouldn't have any issues running a GPU in it outside of the case, however I'd recommend against that long term.

I'm not sure what's in the market for $100 (i'd bet not much worthwhile new) - check out Amazon or NewEgg and search for reviews on the cards

if i paraphrase you, if i take te ssf mobo out i can inserte a regular nonlowprofil in correct?
interesting, why would you recommend against it long term?
Also by your experience for a same money like 80 will i have much better gpu in normal vs low profil?

Maybe one thing you can do now is to remove the cover/panel of the chassis and inspect the motherboard and the PSU, particularly the wattage of the PSU, as mentioned by confusis, which is on a label on the PSU as well as the cabling of the PSU (as you want to know how many 6-pin/8-pin PCIe power connector the PSU has).
