I've been looking for a dremal to cut part of the heatsink on my graghics card but there expensive like 30$ to 80 do you guys know of any cheap ones preferably under 25$? i couldnt find any that would be able to cut a heatsink

Just use jeweler's saw if it's a small / medium job. You can get those very cheap on Ebay, and they are very effective and easy to use.

If it's more than 1/4" thick or more than 5", use a hand saw with a metal cutting blade. Copper and aluminum are very soft, not hard to cut by hand.

I just picked this one up off of Amazon for $20 bucks. It gets the job done. I'm not sure how long it will hold up, but it has performed well. I had to cut and mod an internal brick for a build.
