That is a radiator chamber, hard to tell from the pics if they are using one there though.

It's a server.

If I was putting any gaming load, it probably couldn't handle it. But as a server, it's great. No molten lava unfortunately.

I've seen people report the combined load of the iGPU and CPU to trip a PSU's OCP (Over-Current Protection), mainly due to spikes in power demand that has been seen with other AMD Radeon cards as well.
