Yeah but look at all that space inside that room ! They definitely don't care about efficiency.
Best music artists ever for me, BTW.

Hehe, get a load of this thing, so much empty space!

Oh wait, that's mine! XD

No, I get it. You don't want your optical disk drive overheating the rest of your precious hardware!

Actually there isn't an ODD, it's a power button since I've misplaced the IO panel. So there's even more wasted space that it appears :p

The Prodigy ITX is SO wrong in my SFF book
I can't say that I have any moral high ground at the moment as I'm the proud owner of a an Evolv ITX :\.
A friend on another forum kindly gave it to me when he moved recently. The only way I can see to justify a 36L case is to do some radical surgery and overstuff it. It's 1/3 bigger than my TJ08 for pity's sake!
Maybe cramming and ATX board may appease the small space gods, but I fear that a sacrifice by saw or fire may be the only way!

Yup, I've forgotten how bad it is:
  • Despite its size it's a pain to work in since the top of the frame is in the way of screwing down the motherboard
  • PSU length is limited, you can see my 1000W SilverStone sticking out the back :p
  • The modular cables are jammed against the front of the PSU cage (though I think they addressed this in a later case revision)
  • The IO is attached to the side panel so it makes removing that panel more difficult
  • Panels rattle slightly (I especially notice when transporting the case in my car)
  • Top filter is difficult to remove since there isn't any good place to grab it after sliding the latch
  • Handles are too flimsy to carry it by
  • And the feet are too flimsy and the case is wobbly if bumped
  • IT'S HUMONGOUS FOR THE HARDWARE IT HOLDS!!!

How many hard drives can you fit in that case with double sided tape? XD

With PCIe bifurcation to hook up two SAS expander cards, then filled up the empty space in the case with drives mounted with zip-ties, tape, glue, and prayers, I bet you could fit over 200TB in here.

It's like a test bench with a roof !

Actually the roof is getting really annoying because it makes it difficult to get to the motherboard screws. The NCASE M1 is way easier to work with in that regards and it's 1/3 the size.

Fault ticket: forum lacks "Dislike" button.

I'd dislike your post but alas there's no dislike button :p

This your cap
Trolololo

This is your captain speaking, sick bags are conveniently located in the seat pocket in front of you...

Aibo, it's a good thing that you're the SFFN Overlord, or there would be trouble at posting filth like this ;)

True, and it a lot of effort has been taken to not fill the space, especially the PSU section...
It's just the Prodigy offends my sensibilities; too big and wobbly handles/feet.
