I still haven't been able to post my build on Reddit either. I am going on day 19 of sickness in the home and it has just wiped out my ability to do anything...

If we can get well in a few more days, I will post it there and I think that could help push towards 50.

I think there are a lot of big ass GPU today, but at the same time there are also quite some interesting small ones, like those GTX1660Ti.

And agree it's really an SFF trinity: ITX mobo, ITX GPU, and SFX PSU. 65mm CPU cooler height is the icing on the cake.

The MI-6 as-is, is my favorite ITX case. It’s truly tiny, well built, well designed. Unfortunately, until there is a die shrink for Nvidia, we’re limited to RTX 2070 performance. That will get you 1440P 60-100fps at Ultra and 4K 30-60fps at High in most games. Not exactly weak.

I would be interested in a variant for MATX/DTX or even ATX, but that wouldn’t be an MI-6 anymore.

Nvidia 3000 series can’t come fast enough.

According to this article on Tweaktown Gigabyte has plans to release a RTX 2070 Super itx, now that should have decent power.

Dont mean to sound like a pessimist, but RTX dosent really intrest me - for the last 2.5 gens the x70 series has been the only enthusiast level card available.
And what I mean is that more people will consider buying into a case that gives options rather than pigeon-hole into a single build.
In my particular case (badum-tiss), I have a freesync monitor and I wish to utilize it.

Does it have display ports?

After a bit of practical use and some light gaming over the last few months, I have to pass on my recommendation for the Vega Nano. My Ryzen 1600 w/ an L12S is sitting around 50C on WoW Classic, but the Vega is ramping anywhere from very high 60s to high 70s; not to mention a noticeable coil whine when under even a small load.

I'm planning on upsizing for my next build and moving my MI6 into the living room, so it may work better there, or I'll just resell it for a 1660ti or a 2060S.

Here's to hoping AMD does better with ITX cards for the new generation.

The Vega Nano ran notoriously warm - and was infamous for coil whine.
Lets hope Navi is done better
The problem with its nonavailability was a lack of review coverage; I didn't think it's performance was going to be as marginal as it has been, in my defense. However, I am tempted to take it apart, try out new thermal pads, replace the paste, and even try a new fan. It's either that, or see if I can recoup my losses. Maybe someone's interested in it since they're basically a novelty item.

Hi, i want a MI-6 so bad, i'm checking everyday for the counter to reach 50 lol, i'm just asking if my spec can fit in it,this is my component from my old case:

i7-8700k
Noctua NH-L12S
ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-I GAMING
Corsair Vengeance LPX Series Low Profile 32 Gb (2x 16 Gb) DDR4 4000 MHz CL19
MSI GeForce RTX 2070 AERO ITX 8Gb
2 x Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus M.2 PCIe NVMe 2 Tb
Corsair SF750 80PLUS Platinum

I will also add my old 3.5 HDD later, its a Seagate BarraCuda Pro 6 Tb

Noctua NH-L12S: depends on your luck.

The rest should fit.

MI-6 supports 3.5" drive only when you don't use GPU. Reason being the 3.5" drive stays in GPU chamber.

So is there another way to use a bottom fan, a 3.5 HDD and a GPU ?

No front I/O

Bottom fan & GPU yes. 3.5" drive unfortunately no.

To be fair, most cases in this forum with volume <= 7L with GPU installed usually don't support 3.5" drive.

That will be a nice rig, and should fit with the exception of the 3.5HDD. I suggest you get a USB 3.1 Gen2 HD enclosure for it. The connection supports up to 1GB in real world testing, and is more than fast enough for an external games drive.

That said, I would like to suggest you go with the Corsair 650 Platinum. It’s been tested to be noticeably quieter than the 750.

The Samsung EVO NVMEs are good drives. If you want to save some money, you can get a drive based on the Phison E12 controller. I got a Sabrent Rocket 2TB is between $230 and $250, and was faster than my Samsung 950 Pro.

MSI or Gigabyte is working on a 2070 Super Mini.
