S4 mini HDPlex 400w mounting

hey all, I'd like to have some advices on the best way of mounting the new HDPlex 400w in a NFC S4 mini is.

I used to mount the HDPlex 300w just using velcro.
Recently upgraded to the HDPlex 400w cuz I needed the 300w in another rig.
Should I be worried about the thermal of HDPlex?

options I know are,
1. velcro
2. thermal pads.
3. thermal paste.

Any input is welcome thank you.

specs:
Asus z270i strix
i7-7700
No dGPU at the moment, will be a Vega nano

You shouldn't use anything between the HDPLEX 400 and the S4 MINI.

It's not needed, for one, as the HDPLEX 400 runs very cool even with a 1080, and two, the HDPLEX is so thick you would have trouble fitting it with anything in between.
