Pico PSU & Power Brick Recommendations

I have been seeing a lot of discussion on Pico PSU's and I have been wondering what is the best option, or some of the best options to choose from. Also in question is the power brick, I was wondering which of these two things in combination could power a list that I have made at 251 Watts.

In a theoretical scenario, I was also curious about powering a system with a TDP of 226 Watts with a Pico PSU like the Z4 ATX 200.

I am curious about this because I have two builds in mind, a mid range SFF gaming PC for personal use, and an entry level SFF gaming PC for a friend of mine.

If the average draw is something like 180 watts then I would just get the Pico 160XT kit. It is well tested and bulletproof.

If you want something above, I would go with the HDPLEX and a genuine Dell 330w.
