Discussion Lazer3D HT5 – anyone recently received theirs / response times?

I’m trying to get some clarity on Lazer3D/HT5 orders and was hoping someone here might have recent experience.

I placed an order for an HT5 about 3 weeks ago and received the order confirmation, but I haven’t received any response to follow-up emails (sent both via contact form and direct email).

The website still states a 4–6 week lead time, but the explanation seems to reference older production changes back in 2023/2024, so it’s a bit unclear what the current situation actually is.

I’m not in a rush yet, but I’d like to understand whether:

- people are still receiving HT5 orders as expected
- typical response times from Lazer3D
- or if others are experiencing similar lack of communication

Any recent experiences would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone from Lazer3D happens to see this, I’d appreciate any clarification as well.

Update:

I wanted to follow up on this in case others are researching Lazer3D.

I never received any response from Lazer3D after placing my order, despite multiple attempts to contact them via their website and email.

No updates, no replies, and no indication that the order would be fulfilled.

As a result, I have now cancelled the order and initiated a dispute with my bank to recover the payment.

Their website is still active, but based on my experience I would be very cautious about placing an order.

If anyone has had recent successful deliveries or contact with them, it would be interesting to hear.

From past threads here, Lazer3D is generally a decent vendor but there are a lot of uncertainties with everything currently happening in this world.
