Is there anywhere to get custom sfx psu's?

I'm looking for something out of the sfx spec, but staying in the sfx form factor without resorting to a powerbrick.

The picture above is basically what I'm looking to find. It'd be a huge help if any of you know of any resources I can look into.

I'm also down for looking into mods as long as it isn't too crazy. I'm not much of a machinist.

That exact dimension will be quite hard to find, I guess.

Either go FlexATX, TFX, or open frame PSUs such as Meanwell.

(Or modify one of them).
