AFAIK, MSI 3090 Suprim X is the most power hungry regarding out of the box appetite.
But, I think Silverstone's newly released SFX-L 1000W can handle it.

This Silverstone is not available. This should be released a long time ago. Still waiting.

Are you sure the current ones can't, like the Corsair SFX 600 / 750 Platinum?
Don't be too misguided by the recommended wattage from GPU suppliers, they take a 'worst case' scenario. Meaning unrated power supplies from no name brands. These have 12V rails much lower than advertised.

Depending on the CPU you're using and further power drawer an SF600 might even be enough
The SFX600 can run the 3080 with a beefy CPU. SF750 would be enough headroom

Edit: try doing a power supply calculator with the system you have in mind

I saw this:
Corsair SFX 750w + 3090 will work.

I got my hands on a 3080 and it works flawless. The 3090 is not working with my Seasonic 650w Titanium. I had to lower the powerlimit to 75%. Seasonic told me not to use any PSU under 750w for normal work and 850w for overclocking.

The second thing is very important to know: on intel aka 10900k you need about +100w on psu to boot the system.

So SF600 + Zen3 + 3080 will work. SF750 + Zen3 + 3090 will work.
