Advice Smallest cases that can fit sfx power supply?

Hi,
I'm interested in a sff case (preferably under 10 liters) that can house an sfx power supply. The reason being that flex atx form factor power supplies are very loud and I'm unsure about replacing the fan in a flex psu because I'm new to electronics as a whole and don't want to risk any damage to the psu or myself.
Does anyone know of any good cases that solve my problem?
My budget is $160

if we go 7L, then the Raijintek Ophion 7L would be another option, too.
In theory, should also fit a 2 slot GPU, with a bit of modding.
