HDPLEX PSU Questions

Hi SFFers-

I just purchased the HDPLEX 300W AC-DC and 160W DC-DC PSU components, but just realized I should have asked a couple of questions here before pulling the trigger. I'm really looking to use this rig the "wrong way" which is to say there is no M/B to power, and I'm using the 160W DC-DC solely to power the GPU. The idea is that I'm trying to get away with a single PSU which can supply 12V and 19V to the NUC and the GPU without any pesky and unsightly external power bricks. As @Kmpkt's nifty sounding 19/12V PSU is yet to be released and I needed this in a hurry, I figured I'd try this route.

Here's my setup:

*Intel Skull Canyon NUC (19V ~80W load at full tilt)
*Akitio Node TB3 eGPU (going to strip the PCBs out and just use them w/o case - 12V ~75W load for pcie slot)
*EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SC Single Fan (12V ~120W load full tilt)
*4K 17.3" IPS Panel (12V ~24W max draw for backlight)

So here are my questions:
1. The HDPLEX 300W AC-DC PS is rated for 300W @ 19V. Can I take the 19V 6-Pin Mini Fit Jr output and split it to supply the NUC and the HDPLEX 160W DC-ATX?
2. Can I take one of the two 12V rails out of the 160W DC-ATX to supply power via 5.5x2.1mm barrel connector to the IPS Panel?
3. If I'm using the 160W DC-ATX to provide power to the 1060 only, will the PSU supply all of that 160W to the PCIe 12V rails (with no load whatsoever on the 24-Pin ATX connector)?

The 160W DC-ATX is plenty for that card plus the monitor at stock clocks. Really it's just a matter of cobbling together the wire harness and jumpering on the DC-ATX so it stays on.

For 2), shouldn't be a problem. I spliced a molex connector to my laptop display panel and hooked it straight up to my HDPlex 300W DC-DC PSU and haven't had an issue.
