Motherboard H310T BIOS

I am considering this board for a build. The manual does not say much more about the BIOS that it does have one :-(

I wonder if any one is familiar with the BIOS and can say if it has the ability to under volt and under clock.

hmmm... Would there be an alternative way to throttle down the CPU to limit dissipation?

Undervolt might still be a possibility, that will depend on BIOS I think
