Amazing build log. Question: did you have turbulence noise on the cpu side after closing the side panel? How much is the clearance between the cpu fan and the side panel? Thank you.
On the CPU side, no noticeable interference noise. On the GPU side (3 slots), yes there were noticeable turbulence noise.Amazing build log. Sorry to necro post, but I had the same problem on my BD790i SE, I believe it is caused by the AMD fTPM stutter bug. I successfully fixed it by disabling fTPM, but at the cost of secure boot. Minisforum could fix this with an AGESA update but i highly doubt they ever will. Now there is only one remaining issue on this BD790i : rare global stuttering.
Thanks for this info, it could be very helpful, especially with new releases of minisforum mini ITX boards!Sorry to necro post, but I had the same problem on my BD790i SE, I believe it is caused by the AMD fTPM stutter bug. In fact I just realized that could be an issue for Windows 11..Sorry to necro post, but I had the same problem on my BD790i SE, I believe it is caused by the AMD fTPM stutter bug. Fully agree, this is the main flaw of the T1...Looks good. When I upgraded from the 4070 Ti to the 5080 I had to change the slot position from 2.25 to 2.75 and you are right it is a pain, I should have just disassembled the whole case I think it would have been easier.
lol a bit too tall...and way too loud too lol...8000rpm...gosh..If you want to up the ante a bit - Arctic S12038-8K just dropped on Geizhals yesterday.
On another note: Ordered them right away - should arrive on Saturday![]()

I gonna report how much difference they gonna make in comparison with the P12 Max, both in terms of cooling and noise. My Mesh-mATX build, which is finally restarted again, is gonna feature a 240 AIO with P12 Max "pre"-installed (I replaced the original fans a while ago; this AIO was the test / mockup for my S396 build).lol a bit too tall...and way too loud too lol...8000rpm...gosh..![]()
For sure you will reach full potential of your radiator with this kind of industrial fans.I gonna report how much difference they gonna make in comparison with the P12 Max, both in terms of cooling and noise. I'm totally aware of the noise levels. on the other hand, there is the EK VardarFor sure you will reach full potential of your radiator with this kind of industrial fans.
My former experience with this kind of industrial has been always terrible as the fan motor noise is terrible, even at low speed.
