I'm looking at getting a fan duct 3D printed online for use on the Noctua L9i cooler, but I've read that some materials are better than others in high-heat applications (like attached to a CPU heatsink). I currently run an i5-6500 (65W TDP), so nothing crazy, but I want to make sure it wouldn't get hot enough to start affecting the plastic of the fan duct. Has anyone had a duct made that can chime in about the best materials?

The site I'm looking at has the following options: PLA, ABS, Nylon, TPU, and PETG.

As far as I can see there is no issue placing the X570i AORUS in the Dan, as no one has complained of it.

v4.1 has a PCIe Gen4 right? There would be no issue using a 5700XT and for "future-proofing". As the x570i Aorus has no use for the new front usb can you order a case without it? Will something new for that will be thought for v4.2 (5?).
Usually how long does it take for a new revision?

In terms of acoustics or performance? If performance : what's the card you'd recommend in the 2060S/2070/2070S range for an A4 if going for silence above all?

In cooling performance (fps will be the same), it has vertical fins (will exhaust hot air much better) and three fans. I would chose that model for everything mentioned above, I don't think there's better model that fits into this case.

I was checking DAN builds on PCPartPicker the other day and found person using a Noctua NF-A9 on their NH-L9a cooler. I was wondering if anyone here has tried doing that and how it performs.
Here is an image of their fan and cooler inside the case
