I think I need to cut height of heatsing (3-5mm). The highest point should be the same as the CPU cooler and SODIMM.

Eh, a 90 degree riser would be perfect, but I fear it would be taller than a DIMM itself.

Just put over, heatsink is heavy
For mounting on MXM I'll use 4 screws.

Trying to fit it in a case with less than 39mm of height.
