Cooling Cooler Choice

I have just upgraded my Strix H370i / i5 8400 to Gigabyte Z590i / i5 11400F and can't decide which cooler to use in my Sliger S610.

The i5 8400 was run with a classic Noctua NH-U9S and second 92mm exhaust fan on the rear of the case and the i5 11400F (with a higher unlocked power limit) came with a Thermalright AXP 120-X67.

I haven't found any comparisons online so would like to hear your thoughts on the relative merits of either cooler.

I am currently running the Gigabyte Z590i / i5 11400F in my Dan Case A4 with a comedically loud Cryorig C7 with standard fan, which is really irritating!

Not what you asked for but I am very pleased with the noise & cooling performance of the Thermalright SI100 downdraft CPU cooler with the Be Quiet! SW 120 Pro 4 fan installed in my Sliger S610 over an AMD Ryzen 7 5700G CPU. The top of the fan is 23mm from the side panel eliminating any fan intake noise. No rear case fan installed. I changed out the included fan as it is an older, noisier 7 blade design. A much more massive cooler than either the NH-D9L or the AXP 120-67 that I have both previously installed in this case.
