Can a Dell 330w sustain gaming loads of a RX570 + i5-8400?

My current build is -

i5-8400
ASUS ROG STRIX Z370i ITX
2x8GB DDR4 2114MHz
WD Blue 500GB M.2
HGST 1TB 2.5" 7200RPM HDD
Kingston 120GB SVNOW300 SSD
(to a Seagate Buracuda 2.5" 2TB 5400RPM HDD or run them both if safe?)

Gigabyte ITX GTX970 4GB

NFC Skyreach 4 Mini (R2)

HDPLEX 400W DC-ATX Adapter

Dell 330W AC DC Adapter (may upgrade to a pending 400W HDPLEX AC DC Internal Adapter)

----
I played Far Cry 5 and noted it drew 265w (peak load) but averages more or so around 230-250w while running Far Cry 5.

I know the reference GTX 970 recommends 500w and the RX570 recommends 450w. So I was wondering if it is safe in terms of wattage- as there arent a specific power supply recommendations with the RX570 sapphire pulse itx in particular.

Thank you everyone for your time and help.

The dell 330 could hold that no problem. Josh (Not From Concentrate) on his youtube channel stress tested a 8700k and a gtx 1080 on it for around a day if I recall correctly. It should be able to do that no problem. most companies over estimate and mini itx uses less power than a normal mid tower atx build. So yes it could do what you are trying to do and much more than what you are throwing at it.

Also psu wattage calculators overestimate a huge amount of watts most of the time so don't look at them like they are telling the truth! :)

I went to a computer store and the shop owner claimed that i'd have required a 450w *points to site with PSU suggestion of 450w* - while ironically i'm running the GTX970 that is meant to have 500w that I ordered from his shop.

I can see why PSU creators urge on the safe side - for those people who may do worst case scenarios & assuming psu age over time too?

the RX570 would actually use less power wouldnt it in this case? (Sapphire ITX PULSE 4GB model)

Thank you for your comment RelentlesSausage! :D

No problem! I would like to see your build come to life!:)

This is the imgur link of a old photoshoot I took months ago though - been meaning to make a building video but kept getting interrupted mainly due to time constraints my friend has a nice rent room with white walls and a retractable white roll for photoshoots along with beautiful lighting at day time.

i5-8400
2x8GB DDR4 2114MHz
ASUS Z370i ITX
GIGABYTE GTX970 ITX
WD Blue M.2 500GB
HGST/Hitachi 1TB 2.5" 7200RPM HDD
HDPLEX 400W DC-ATX PSU
Dell 330W AC-DC Adapter

I sorta found it funny he was like you'll need 450w psu (for RX570) - when ironically here I am with a GTX 970 that is recommended to want a 500w.
(Pulls 230-260w Far Cry 5 via Kogan Power Meter)
