After reading as much about the two boards from all the info in this thread, I can't tell the difference between the two boards? The pages on the ASUS website have identical information for both boards. Can anyone tell me the difference?

No difference but the chipset which makes X370-i supports bifurcation and dual gpu. But don't take my word for it, if you really wanna go that route.

I'd not read about bclk on these boards, but the only difference I've seen is that thev X370i has the ESD static protection that the 350 doesn't.

I just can't believe that they would leave out ESD protection. I thought that was standard on all modern mobos from reputable brands like Asus... Especially at these price ranges; these boards are quite expensive for mITX boards (imo at least compared to even AsRock's offerings)

I noticed overclockers.net had them. B350-i is currently out of stock but they say they have 3x X370-i's. Prices in USD are $177 and $205, but shipping is $34. Anyone know any place cheaper including shipping to the USA? I can wait till January, but i will need a motherboard no later than then, and i really don't want to get something else.

UK and Europe will probably have higher stock prices than waiting for a US retailer. The place I bought mine from in UK is selling at £155 for the B350i which is about $207 and that's without shipping.

Not sure how I should be reacting here. I emailed ASUS support for the hell of it to inquire as to when this will be available and got this response back:

ASUS Support said:
Hello <insert real name>,
Thank you for your response.

I hope your day is going well, I am also anticipating this motherboard to go with my NFC SF4 mini ITX build, unfortunately there is no known release date but once released it should be seen on Amazon or Newegg.

Please make note of your case number for future reference: N1712143615

Now, I was kinda expecting this type of response, but what was unexpected that they mention the S4M...

Haha yeah same. $160-$170 cad is basically the same price as the gigabyte and ASRock itx mobos everyone is buying, so I hope it stays that price!

Same here. Really tempted to purchase it now but that would be foolish without a processor and memory to test with and given the shipping times.

@Soul_Est $162.93 CDN is only $129.53 USD, but like you, I also don't have memory to test it with. Still waiting for that price drop on memory... hopefully should happen after these "sales" end.

Got the board today, done my build with R5-1600 and team vulcan PC3000 2x8Gb sticks. Boots up with 2133 mhz, enabling 'ai tweaker' boosted it to 2933. Manually set it to 3200 and it worked! But still have to bench it under windows for stability. Anyway, great little board! The dynamo mini fits with 1 mm clearance to my ram stick's heatspreader.

Oh man, I can't wait for the board to release stateside, it looks really good. Which ram are you using, I have a 1600 as well and am looking to see if oc my ram upwards of 2400 will yield me better rendering results.
