Dynatron T318 comes to mind. What specifically are you trying to cool?

Practically anything will cool 140W if you jam enough airflow through it. The question is, are you deaf, or eager to become so? Do you live alone? Hate your neighbors? If not, then you may want to reconsider trying to dissipate that much heat with a tiny heatsink.

Are you planning on using on of the AsRock mITX 2011 boards or something different?

Yeah these Dynatron's were what was available back when I was starting to do "nano" ITX builds in 2009. They do solve the heat problem, but they do so sounding like a Harrier vertical takeoff.

It's OK for LAN events though, where you won't hear your system over the sound of 100 other overkill systems.

One other thing to consider is waiting for Zen if you're not in a massive hurry. They're basically telling us that their Zen can match the 6900K for performance at 95W TDP. This would open up a LOT of much better cooling options for you presumably.
