probably wait for Op to answer, but Yeston does say on their site when you fill out the delivery details whether those costs are covered. For me here in the Netherlands Yeston states that they are covered, which makes this one of the cheapest 3050 6gb on the market (also they have a $10 sale going on now). I sound like a shill so just want you to know that I am not affiliated with the company in any way.
There are some ‘grey’ import routes between China and Europe that avoid VAT altogether. Eg. Superbuy often uses them, Yeston probably does too. Belgium actually receives a massive fine from Europe a couple of weeks ago because of this, but it didn’t seem to change anything yet. Customs are just overwhelmed by the amount of parcels coming in from China.
yes, the shroud didn't fit by a millimetre. Maybe it would with a different PCIE adapter.

But i am not testing with the lid before i drill some holes and get a heat-plate between Motherboard and GPU. Which is also on the way from China.
