This is a PSU cutout cover plate for cases meant for FlexATX PSUs, for folks wanting to use an internal AC-DC PSU of some kind (like MeanWell's RPS series). It has a cutout designed for snap-in panel mount C14 sockets, which partially relies on the adjoining case panel for structural support for plugging and unplugging so as not to excessively stress the 3D print. There is also a mount for a 40mm fan, with two countersunk screw holes for screwing the fan into directly, behind the case panelling, and two non-countersunk for case mounting. The three screw holes matching FlexATX mounting patterns are 3mm diameter for threading 6-32 case screws directly into (there's 2mm of plastic for the screw to grab - not a lot, but this won't be carrying much weight). Enlarging the holes and adding heat-set inserts would increase strength if desired. The countersunk screw holes are slightly larger to accommodate fan screws.

The design has only been tested in a Densium 4+. The tested version was a slightly earlier revision, this version has some minor tweaks (adjusting the location of a screw hole, removing a protrusion for easier printing, and fixing one clearance issue). The Imgur gallery below has detailed pictures of that test, which has stayed in use since installation and has worked flawlessly - the tweaks simply improve the fit and make for less cleanup of the print, as it can now be printed flat with the outer face upwards without any supports
