Nice build! Just some quick tips:
-a second 90mm fan to the u9s results in better temps.
-Aorus x570 is way too overkill and might (?) conflict with the second u9s fan because of the large heatsink on the mobo. I have a Asus b450i (on the website it says that it is now directly compatible with ryzen 3000,though I would ask the seller first). I have the Asus b450i and temps are great with my 3700x.
-with the saving you can save for a better gpu later or get 3600mhz ram, which performs a few fps better than 3200mhz ram.
-2tb nvme is really expensive. And the corsair isnt much better than a good normal ssd. Maybe go adata sx8200 pro or wd black or maybe Samsung 970 evo plus 1tb and go with a 2tb crucial mx500 m.2 ssd. Nvme won't do you any good when they are cheaper and I haven't notice any speed gains going from Samsung 850 evo ssd to Samsung 970 evo plus.

Cheers I didn't know you could do 2 fans on the cpu heatsink! Going to give it a shot since it's only $22 (AUD) to get the 2nd fan.

Was looking at normal SSD's but if I get a chance to remove cables I'm gonna go for it :D

Thanks for your help :)

I dunno if z390i aorus pro wifi and x570 has the same layout but the u9s with 2 fans doesnt conflict with the heatsink at all
