CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2070 Mini
Mobo: Asus Strix X470-I
RAM: 16Gb G.Skill Trident Z
SSD: M.2 NVME x2
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60
Case: Dan A4 SFX v3

I have used OuterVision power supply calculator to get load wattages ranging from 366W to over 450W with various tweaks to this configuration (clock speeds, voltage etc.). The PSUs I had in mind for this build are Corsair SF450 and SF600, both platinum efficiency. I know that 450W will do because gaming won't be stressing both CPU and GPU to the max at the same time anyway but I still have that feeling that maybe I should go with the 600W one just to be safe. But then again I have read that PSUs are most efficient at over 50% loads which that 600W one would probably only see once in a blue moon. Would the SF450 also run hotter than SF600 with the load these parts generate?

I am using a SF600 with my 8700k and RTX 2070 and it is dead quiet. Seems like the only time the SF series get loud is when they are pushed close to their power limit. I would recommend the 600 for that reason alone.

That is a good reason and especially in sff cases. I went with the SF600. Thanks for the input!
