What do we reckon the chances of an ITX 2080/2080ti are?

It seems like at some point we should see a 2080 mini from Zotac, since the 2080 and 1080ti are similar power cards, but I'm curious if people think differently?

Is there enough of a demand for smaller form factor cards, cos this generation has shown a trend for fatter and longer cards.

And what about the 2080ti? Is it even possible to contain the beast on such a small PCB?

Also curious to know if we'll see a Vega VII Nano, but interested in people's thoughts.
I bought a 2060 because I couldn't really justify the additional $200 for an ITX 2070 which is 10% faster...

I think a 2080 Mini from Zotac is highly possible and likely for the reason that you have mentioned. And the length will probably similar to that of their 1080 Mini as well, ie not too short (~211mm?)

Vega VII Nano has a very high TDP of 300W. The reference version uses vapour chamber + 5 heat pipes + 3x 92mm fans for cooling. Given so, I do not think a Nano version is coming.

That makes sense, I think we're unlikely to get something more powerful than a 2080 in an ITX form factor, but I'd love to see manufacturers try XD

I’ve read a lot of complaints bout the Zotac 1080 TI mini with temps and noise levels under load. I doubt the 2080 tI will get one but I’d hope the 2080 would. Of course it’s also been months without any announcement, so I have my doubts about it as well.
