What are these called? Are there any of these for standard sockets (AM4)? Where can I get one (with a corresponding blower fan)?

That is intel thin itx cooler BXHTS1155LP.

None are available for AMD.

Ah damn, seems to be a one off form factor heatsink, thanks anyway
