Hello!
Were there any ready-made touch-sensitive narrow displays that could be used to organize a touchbar in custom projects?
Or individual narrow sensor modules.

As far as I know no, but a capacitive strip and some printed paper may do a similar job if you want the same images permanently...

No, it was meant to be used together with displays.
If you can use separate microdisplays to form a line, then the touchpad is better to have one. But I have not seen any narrow ones (
