Hasn't been listed there for a year I think, so that doesn't mean much. Word was from COOJ himself that a new batch was coming. But it didn't so far. I guess only people on the Chinese QQ group would know at this point, if the cases return or are cancelled for good.
maybe it comes back one day but for now it doesn't look to happen anytime soon...
anyways, the point was that I wouldn't send my money to some Aliexpress vendor who claims still having them on stock and asking for ridiculous prices... either wait for COOJ to officially list a new batch in his shop or move on...
Just saying, until there's further announcement from COOJ, at this point anyone who wants a Sparrow MQ5 is probably better off buying pre-owned from any of the reputable member here if any (or other forums).

We have resumed production of the MQ5 and are offering stock inventory.
We redesigned the interior parts to give you some optimized space.
Suggestion: to have a before & after picture of the interior to show the difference.

Seems like the motherboard spine is redesigned to bend itself at the top instead of directly attach to the solid spacer part of the case, as before. Unclear how I should describe it, but I think it is visible in the pictures.
I saw that one; I had been in contact with the person who posted that build a couple days before it was posted. Looks like they have changed the hole size and spacing in the top of the case; the one I have has 18 rows of holes while that one has 17 and the new one looks like they are larger than the previous version. The change to the motherboard tray looks quite similar to the modification that I did to mine to be able to fit 2 92mm fans. Might not be able to do that with this one because of the change to the hole spacing and size.
