It will work if you find a way to secure it inside the case. Just double sided tape against the back of the front panel will work. And a way to connect it to power. COOJ hasn't offered any mounting bracket for this.
The “Currently restocking” message is gone from the MQ6 page of the website and the price has dropped. Did I miss the restock?
i check at least 3 times a day lol. i think it hasn't been restocked yet. apparently there's a backlog they need to fill first (found in the sf3 thread), and they expect to clear that by the 20th. the sf3 is available now, so i think the mq6 restock will happen soon.
How is the PSU acting ? Does it have this irritating whine typical for this kind of server PSU's? I'm used to sound of Macbook (so I feel like I would have fanless computer) so this is important for me, especially the machine will me my Rust dev box running Arch probably most of the day.
Depending on the PSU, you should be safe below a specific wattage threshold. If all fails, maybe order the Enhance ENP-7660L-OVT or Silverstone FX600z (that seems to be almost identical to the Enhance unit; its also built by them, so my guess is its a white-labeled version). Yep, costs more, but you get Cybenetics Platinum certification, and from what I've read and heard so far, these are almost dead silent. Most of the time, case and CPU / GPU fans gonna drown out any noise of the PSU anyway.
