GPU Small GPU, only 2cm space for radiator or fan.

Hi, this Hp ProDesk 400-G2.5 SFF TPC-M023-SF made me a small problem with the choice of a graphics card, because the distance from the connector to the power supply is only 2 cm, is there any card that has really small heatsink / cooling fan and don't take more than 2 cm in height?
I am interested in launching games like GTA V, which is not so new, the budget is about 130 USD.

2cm is the size of a single slot card. this case is also low profile right?
I guess for that price you probably can only fit a gt 1030. the good news is that is cost around 80~90 bucks

beware that there are 2 slots 1030, so buy one that is single slot

also, the gt 1030 is around the same level of a gtx 750

it runs gta v fine if you dial down the graphics a bit
