I know there are probably few Silverstone ml07 users in 2024 but having just built one out I wanted to share a few additions I have designed for the case. In the below repo are FreeCAD projects and STL files for both a carrying handle and a fan shroud for the CPU cooler. Both are tested and working on my rig. See the attached pcpartpicker build for pictures (of the handle at least). All parts were printed on a Prusa MK3s+ in PLA at 0.15 layer height.
